SECURITY OFFICER 

The Four Seasons Resorts Lāna’i is looking for a Security Officer who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Our Security Officers helps manage the day to day security forces to ensure the safety and security of all guests, personnel and property. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensure the safety and protection of guests, employees, and hotel property, including buildings and grounds

• Enforce hotel and departmental rules, policies, and safety standards

• Monitor and patrol the property to identify and address safety, fire, or security hazards; must be able to walk/run stairs while carrying equipment

• Respond promptly to all emergencies, including fire alarms, medical calls, and incidents requiring the Emergency Response Team

• Provide safety training and promote awareness to reduce incidents and potential losses

• Monitor Operations Center systems including phones, CCTV, alarms, key control, and visitor/vendor access

• Handle security incidents, guestroom lockouts, safe malfunctions, and key reprogramming requests
