JOB DESCRIPTION

The team is currently looking for an experienced Sous Chef! 

The ideal candidate will have the following: 

  • A minimum of 1 year experience as a sous chef in a restaurant or hotel environment 
  • 5 years minimum professional cooking experience 
  • Prior experience in banquet or large scale cooking/catering 
  • Familiarity and interest in modern cooking styles and techniques 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Open availability and the ability to work a varied schedule 
  • Previous experience managing within union environment is a plus 

Shift Pattern: Varies, must have open availability to work mornings, nights, weekends and holidays 

Pay Rate: The hourly wage for this role is $29.00 – $31.00 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
