Job Description
- Facilitate and present small and large scale activities independently or with other Resort Activities Animators, as needed in an adult environment
- Assist in the set-up for all facilitated activities and execute duties related to the activities and completion of programs before, during, and after the facilities open / activity ends.
- Interact with and supervise all adults participating in activities programs by providing a safe environment for all ages to enjoy themselves
- Contribute new activity ideas and assist in the future development of Resort Activities, as well as other programs
- Carry out all other tasks as assigned by the Entertainment Manager or Executive Team
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Current Standard First Aid with CPR
- Minimum 1 year recent experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced recreational environment with adults
- Positive, outgoing and professional attitude
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and good Team Spirit.
- Previous experience facilitating / hosting many types of games, crafts, activities, interactive programming, etc
- Must be physically fit and able to run all activities in any weather including walking, playing sports and water sports.
