About the role
Provide guests with water, spritzing, towels and assistance with seating arrangements, Umbrellas and facility orientation at the Pool & Beach. Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction Comply with all Four Seasons’ policies and procedures
What you will do
• The ability to conduct all opening procedures including obtaining pool keys, unlocking all cabinets, setting up amenities, and phones.
• The ability to provide information and assistance to hotel guests as requested, give them an orientation, have them register and is familiar with all hotel services and hours of operation.
• The ability to anticipate and service of guests’ requirements before requests are necessary.
• The ability to serve and clear food and beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner.
What you bring

• Able to read and speak English.
