The Signia by Hilton Atlanta is searching for a Cook III to join the culinary team! This is a 976-room property with over 140,000 sq. ft. in banquet space and eight unique Food and Beverage outlets. This individual will be focused on supporting Capolinea, our signature fine-dining restaurant. Our menu offers both traditional Italian and contemporary American cuisines, including delectable handmade pastas, prime-cut steaks and tableside martini service.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of line cook experience. Seeking someone who has a positive attitude and and strong attention to detail.
Shift Pattern: PM focused with typical shift hours from 2-10pm. Weekend and holiday availability required.
