Payroll Officer

• • Coordinate the submission of personnel incidents, ensuring clarity and proper attention to any questions or clarifications from the payroll administrators.
  • Ensure that all team members comply with their timeclock registrations.
  • Make sure the timeclock devices operate correctly and monitor the migration of time punches in case it is not performed automatically.
  • Ensure that at the end of each Team Member’s employment cycle, they leave the property with the signed severance calculation and all required documentation for payment.
  • Provide courteous and friendly service to all Team Members.
  • Perform calculations for severances and final settlements.
  • Provide direct assistance to Team Members regarding any payroll-related questions.
  • Assign meal/benefit card vouchers.
  • Follow up on internal audit requests.
