Job mission

You will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, order, and proper maintenance of assigned rooms and areas, upholding the hotel’s quality standards. You will directly contribute to guest satisfaction by ensuring impeccable stays, identifying any issues, and projecting a polished image consistent with the INNSiDE Alcudia brand.

What will you have to do?

1. Perform the cleaning and preparation of rooms and common areas , respecting standards, procedures and proper use of products and materials.
2. Check the operation of facilities and equipment , reporting defects, anomalies or breakdowns for repair.
3. Manage linen, amenities and supplies , replenishing according to procedures and ensuring proper rotation in rooms and office.
4. Keep the office and the cart organized and clean , managing stocks of clothing, supplies and products according to department standards.
5. Coordinate with your supervisor and other departments , reporting incidents, returning lost items, and checking room status to avoid discrepancies.
6. Comply with hygiene, safety and risk prevention standards , participating in training, meetings and procedures established by the hotel.

What are we looking for?

Training

• Compulsory Secondary Education.
• Technical or professional training in hospitality or housekeeping is a plus.

Languages

• Spanish
• A second language is a plus.

Specific knowledge

• Hotel operations and room management.
• Hygiene standards and handling of cleaning products.
• Knowledge of the department’s equipment, tools, and materials.
• A vocation for service, proactivity, and attention to detail.

Skills

• Responsibility and organizational skills.
• Speed, efficiency and sensitivity to quality.
• Friendly treatment of guests and colleagues.
• Ability to detect incidents and anticipate needs.

Experience

• Between 1 and 2 years in similar positions in hotels or cleaning companies.
