At Meliá Hotels International we are looking for an Assistant Front Office Manager for our Hotel MiM Mallorca, Meliá Collection , a new opening in the coastal area of S’Illot.
Job Mission: Your primary mission, in conjunction with the department head, will be to oversee and manage the Reception area, ensuring compliance withMeliá Collection. You will collaborate in maximizing sales and upselling. You will participate in all aspects of department management: administration, training, staff monitoring and supervision, and working to improve the work environment. You will conduct ongoing monitoring to ensure guest well-being during their stay and strive to exceed their expectations.
What are we looking for?
– Minimum of 2 years’ experience in 4/5* Hotels.
– Training appropriate to the position (Tourism, Hospitality, etc.).
– High level of English. Knowledge of other languages will be positively valued.
– Proficiency in the Office Suite and Opera Cloud.
– Excellent vocation for service. Leadership skills, teamwork, organization, communication and planning, goal orientation.
