The Melia Paris Vendôme , a 4-star boutique hotel located a stone’s throw from the famous Place Vendôme, is looking for its future talent as a Rotating Receptionist (M/F).
Main Responsibilities:
Welcoming guests and ensuring they receive excellent service;
Participating in the preparation of arrivals and departures on the day of arrival and subsequent days;
Informing and advising guests throughout their stay (information on the hotel’s various services, local tourist attractions and activities, etc.) and ensuring they have everything they need;
Handling arrival and departure administrative formalities (check-in & check-out for individual guests and groups);
Processing invoices and payments;
Managing room relocations in case of overbooking or at the request of a guest;
Answering the telephone switchboard;
Making reservations when the reservations department is closed
; Boosting last-minute sales and generating additional bookings;
Participating in customer loyalty initiatives and promoting the hotel’s various services;
Responding to information requests from different departments
Desired profile:
Proven experience in a similar hotel
; Fluency in two languages required (French, English and/or Spanish);
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;
Knowledge of concierge services and/or Parisian gastronomy and culture
Employment conditions:
Permanent contract,
2 consecutive days off per week

monthly upselling bonuses,
annual uniform change allowance,
annual bonus equal to 8% of gross annual salary,
