As Front Office Manager of the Sol Príncipe hotel , you will ensure compliance with the department’s operational objectives in accordance with company policies, standards and brand attributes defined by the company, with the utmost attention to detail and the level of excellence that all areas require.

 

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position in 4* and 5* hotels.
  • University degree or higher degree preferably in Tourism, Hospitality, or similar.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations.
  • Knowledge of hotel management software programs.
  • Knowledge of check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Ability to monitor and coordinate payment transactions
  • Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Skills to handle complaints and claims.
  • Effective communication.
  • Equipment handling and supervision
  • A vocation for service.
  • Organization and planning.
  • Proactivity and innovation.
  • Planning and Organization Skills.
  • High level of English proficiency (C1-C2), proficiency in a second language is a plus.
