– Realizar a venda dos apartamentos e salas de eventos, prestando informações gerais aos clientes sobre as instalações e serviços do hotel, assim como negociando tarifas com base em parâmetros preestabelecidos.
– Administrar a disponibilidade de apartamentos e tarifas, inserir e conferir reservas individuais e de grupos, visando a máxima ocupação do hotel.
– Atendimento telefônico e presencial a clientes.
– Acompanhar/verificar, constantemente, a disponibilidade do hotel, analisando alterações, em conjunto com o Supervisor de Reservas.
– Assegurar o cumprimento integral aos procedimentos da área de Reservas, bem como preparar os processos e procedimentos de “Auto-Controle”.
– Executar outras atribuições correlatas de acordo com a necessidade da área.
