– Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
– Experiência prévia em atendimento ao cliente;
– Conhecimento em sistemas hoteleiros; (preferencialmente Opera)
– Inglês avançado/fluente; segundo idioma é diferencial;
– Organização e atenção aos detalhes;
– Agilidade para resolução de solicitações;
– Postura profissional e cordial no atendimento;
– Disponibilidade para trabalhar de 15h às 21h.
