Culinary Supervisor

The ideal candidate will have:  

  • A minimum of 1 year supervisory experience, preferably as lead cook 
  • 3-5 years experience as a line cook with experience in working all stations 
  • High-volume restaurant experience working service serving upwards of 250 covers 
  • Previous hotel restaurant or banquet experience highly preferred
