Senior Project Manager

• Guide Owners and Development partners through Hilton brand standards, connecting them to Hilton’s network across the CALA region to facilitate design, procurement and project execution.
• Oversee project schedules, define and track critical milestones, and ensure successful openings.
• Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive issue management, communication, and data‑driven recommendations to stakeholders.
• Apply problem‑solving skills with the ability to evaluate options collaboratively and implement solutions that support team and business objectives.

How you’ll collaborate with others:

• Partner with Ownership, AD&C Leadership and Corporate partners to ensure alignment on design narratives, brand standards, brand values, and strategic corporate objectives – driving Owner returns and enhanced Guest environments.
