The ideal Sous Chef candidate is a passionate and driven culinary professional with 2–4 years of experience in a kitchen supervisor or management role in high volume restaurants. They bring proven leadership skills, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to maintaining high culinary standards. This candidate is fully flexible with scheduling needs and excels in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Creativity is essential, as they will contribute to menu development and deliver memorable, high‑quality dining experiences that align with the restaurant’s elevated standards.
Full-Time
Pay Rate: $65,000 annually
Shift Pattern: Flexible including weekends and holidays
What will I be doing?
As Sous Chef, you would be responsible for assisting with the direction and oversight of all culinary operations, specifically within The Burnham Restaurant, in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, a Sous Chef would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
