Concierge Ambassador

Job Description
  • Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a professional and personalized service experience.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Arrange transportation, airport transfers, tours, and other guest activities.
  • Assist with restaurant reservations, entertainment bookings, and event arrangements.
  • Coordinate guest requests such as luggage assistance, room amenities, and special arrangements.
  • Manage guest messages, parcels, and deliveries efficiently.
  • Maintain guest preference records to enhance personalized service.
  • Ensure the concierge desk and lobby area remain organized and presentable.
  • Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or Tourism.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Front Office, Concierge, Guest Relations, or Customer Service within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and travel services.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel systems (PMS).
  • Professional appearance and strong customer service attitude.
