Housekeeping Supervisor

Novotel Cathedral Square is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team.

• You will be reporting directly to the Head of Department and working alongside a team of Supervisors.
• Providing supervision to the housekeeping team daily and support to ensure room cleaning productivity is met and standards maintained.
• Responsible for inspecting and releasing rooms and communicate efficiently with other departments within the hotel as required.
• Handle and resolve guest complaints as required ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate inventory of all stock and supplies and ensure lost and found procedures are followed correctly.
• Support the Head of Department with staffing schedules, labour planning and various monthly reporting activity.

• Excellent communication skills
• Experience leading and influencing a team
• Able to work on a 7 day roster including weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a keen eye for detail.
• Friendly and positive attitude.
