Executar as atividades de manutenção corretiva e preventiva, baseando-se em checklist
de: máquinas de refrigeração, ar condicionado, equipamentos telefônicos, antena coletiva,
sintonia dos aparelhos de TV, rádio etc.
Efetuar diariamente o Plano de Manutenção Preventiva.
Trocar lâmpadas, reatores, tomadas e outros.
Verificar diariamente o estado de funcionamento das bombas de recalque, garantindo o
fornecimento de água quente e fria, 24 horas por dia, assim como efetuar reparos em itens
hidráulicos relacionados (bacias, torneiras etc.).
Realizar limpeza e pintura de áreas técnicas.
Realizar as Ordens de Serviços (OS) abertas no sistema.
Ensino Médio Completo
Curso de Elétrica ou Hidráulica
Conhecimento de Pacote Office
Experiência de 06 meses
Disponibilidade para trabalhar em escala 6×1.
