FIT Reservations Agent

• Handle reservations for three properties: Te Arikinui Pullman Auckland Airport, Novotel Auckland Airport, and Ibis Budget Auckland Airport.
• Record and process all reservation enquiries accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest information is entered correctly into the reservations system. Prioritise tasks effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Manage bookings received via phone, email, OTAs, travel agents, airline crew, and group organisers.
• Maintain clear communication with internal departments to support smooth guest arrivals. Provide support to the wider reservations team as required.
• Provide prompt, friendly, and professional service to all guests and partners.

You will be

• Able to start within 4 weeks and ready to hit the ground running
• Experienced in managing reservations for multiple hotels at once
• Available to work a rotating 7‑day roster
• A New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident (no visa sponsorship available)
• Confident, reliable, and energised by a fast‑paced hotel environment
