JOB DESCRIPTION
Signia by Hilton Atlanta is searching for a talented Sous Chef to help lead their culinary team! This is a 976-room property with over 140,000 sq. ft. in banquet space and 8 unique F&B outlets! This position will support banquets.
The ideal candidate will be a culinary professional with 2 years of lead or supevisory experience in a high-volume setting. This leader will help oversee a team of around 10 culinary professionals and report directly to the Executive Sous Chef of Banquets. Proven experience in a high end banquet operation of a hotel of similar sized is a must. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a driven culinary leader ready to take the next step in their career.
Shift Pattern: Full availability is needed including mornings, afternoons, weekdays, weekends, and holidays
