Restaurant Manager, Notch8 (Full-Time Seasonal)

At Fairmont Hotel Vancouver, Notch8 is more than a restaurant, it is a stage for timeless experiences, where contemporary elegance meets the glamour of a bygone era. Rooted in the spirit of grand rail travel and reimagined through a modern lens, Notch8 invites guests into a vibrant, story-driven dining experience where every detail is intentional.

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager for a full-time seasonal role (May 1 – September 30, 2026) to lead daily operations during our peak season. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, inspires high-performing teams, and delivers consistently elevated guest experiences reflective of our legacy as a place where important happens.
