The Mercure Brisbane Spring Hill is located on the central city fringe, just minutes from the CBD, Brisbane River, Suncorp Stadium and public transport. Overlooking the city skyline and Roma St Parklands, the Hotel features 179 spacious guest rooms with generous open-aired balconies, modern amenities, an outdoor swimming pool, fitness room, and an alfresco-style restaurant and bar.
The hotel is undergoing extensive refurbishment, including a complete rebrand and relaunch of its street-facing restaurant. This opportunity is one not to be missed, as you will play a key role in positioning the hotel for its next phase of growth and success, driving awareness and revenue as we relaunch.
Lead Front Office operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences across all touchpoints. Oversee daily hotel operations, manage team performance, resolve guest enquiries, and ensure smooth, efficient service while maintaining brand standards and operational excellence.
We are seeking a confident and customer-focused hospitality professional with strong leadership and communication skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at problem-solving, and are passionate about delivering outstanding service and leading high-performing teams.
