Función General:
Atender las necesidades de los clientes brindando un servicio de alta calidad mediante un conocimiento excepcional sobre vinos, licores y cócteles, así como sobre los métodos de preparación de cada bebida. El bartender debe ofrecer recomendaciones acertadas, responder a consultas específicas y preparar bebidas de manera eficiente, asegurando una experiencia satisfactoria y profesional en el área del bar.
Requisitos:
Certificado vigente de manipulación de alimentos.
Minimo 2 años de experiencia comprobada en bares.
Dominio del idioma ingles de manera verbal y escrita.
Capaz de estar de pie y caminar hasta 8 horas.
Capacidad para cargar y equilibrar un azafate.
Mover, levantar, cargar, empujar, jalar y colocar objetos que pesen 23 kg (50 lbs) o menos.
Capacidad para procesar con precisión transacciones en efectivo y con tarjeta de crédito.
