What you will be doing:

The Assistant Restaurant Manager will work closely with the Hotel’s Food & Beverage outlets management team during the peak summer season. Responsibilities include:

• Provide on-the-floor supervision, support, and coaching to employees to maintain service standards
• Oversee day-to-day operations and anticipate needs for upcoming events
• Ensure compliance with service essentials, steps of service, and brand standards
• Review and respond to guest comments in a timely and professional manner
• Assist in conducting shift briefings and departmental meetings
• Maintain overall cleanliness and safety of the outlets
