The Hilton Anaheim is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team! You’ll play an essential part in supporting our property by contributing to Hilton’s commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and hospitality.
Our property has 1,574 rooms, is newly renovated and located in the heart of California’s famous Orange County, adjacent to the Anaheim Convention Center and steps from the Disneyland Resort.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:
Classification: Full-Time
Hourly Range: $23.60 per hour – $29.50 per hour
What will I be doing?
As a Guest Services Agent, you would be responsible for greeting and registering guests and checking guests out of the hotel in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
