The Canopy by Hilton Sioux Falls is looking for their next Food and Beverage Manager!
Overlooking the river, Canopy by Hilton Sioux Falls is in The Steel District next to historic Falls Park and Levitt Outdoor Amphitheater. Guests can take a complimentary Canopy Bike to explore attractions, museums, and eateries within five minutes. The hotel offers nearly 20,000 sq. ft. of event space in downtown Sioux Falls, on-site dining, a coffee shop, and a fitness center.
***The ideal candidate is a guest-centric leader that brings previous restaurant experience, industry knowledge, and trend awareness. They are adept at creating memorable guest experiences, handling customer complaints professionally, and driving guest loyalty. They must also be willing to assist in other departments when necessary.
Shift Pattern: Open availability is a must as this role would frequently work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
What will I be doing?
As a Restaurant Manager, you would be responsible for directing and organizing the activities and services of a hotel food and beverage outlet (restaurant, lounge, room service, coffee shop, etc.) in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
