Classification: Full-Time
Shift: Various – must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. The expected schedule will be a mixture of evening shifts and overnight shifts
Pay Rate: The annual salary for this role is $60,000-$70,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
In this role, you will manage 40-45 team members and report to the Director of Front Office.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of front office experience, a background in luxury hotel operations, experience managing a unionized team, and working knowledge of OnQ.

As Front Office Manager, you would be responsible for directing and administering Front Office operations in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
