Waiter/ess Taiko

As Waiter/ Waitress, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Prepare mise-en-place
• Deliver a delighted dining experience to our guests
• Create special moments and provide seamless service with guests
• Make recommendations on the choice of menu items with good product knowledge
• Meet and greet guest in a professional manner
• Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the restaurant
• Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the department head from time to time
• To take orders, provide information about menu and dishes, deliver excellent service and handle the settling of bills;
• Carry out preparation of service including mise en place;
• Assist the Food & Beverage team of the hotel with set up and service.

As Waiter/ Waitress we expect from you: 

• Prior experience in similar positions at high-end restaurants;
• Excellent knowledge of English language (written and spoken);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Passionate in customer service and hospitality industry;
