Senior Sales Manager

OB DESCRIPTION

The Martinique New York on Broadway, Curio Collection by Hilton is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join our team!

The hotel features 504 Art Deco-inspired guest rooms and suites, along with 11 meeting and event spaces spanning a total of 8,100 square feet. The flexible, light-filled meeting spaces are fully equipped with the latest technology to accommodate in-person or hybrid meetings.

Our ideal candidate will be a proven self‑starter who can hit the ground running and develop and execute an effective solicitation plan to grow market share. They bring strong, established partnerships with local intermediaries and group clients and are driven by ambitious goals. This role is ideal for a current Senior Sales Manager or a high‑performing Sales Manager with solid market experience.

Shift Pattern: Full Flexibility is a must. Office hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, but flexibility is essential to accommodate varying schedules, including weekends, holidays, for our valued group clients.

Salary Range: $100,000-$115,000.00 annually and will be aligned with the candidate’s experience and qualifications. This role qualifies for participation in the Hilton Sales Incentive plan.

What will I be doing?

The sales office in a hotel is a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and is a true launching pad for those who aspire to grow their careers in hospitality.

Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Research, solicit and generate new leads for group opportunities through database research and proactive sales efforts, maximizing new room revenue streams, to meet and exceed lead generation goals.
  • Represent the hotel in the development of market segment(s) and new customer relationships while maintaining existing relations with assigned accounts. Consistently strives to maximize revenue and profitability for all hotel revenue streams.
  • Develop a business strategy by analyzing historical, current and future hotel and market trends, implementing marketing initiatives to capture the maximum amount of lead revenue to meet and exceed sales goals.
