カフェ キャプテン（Cafe Captain） を募集しています。
カフェスーパーバイザーをサポートしながら、チームの中心としてゲスト対応およびサービス品質の維持を担っていただくポジションです。

主な業務内容

• カフェおよびバー・カフェエリアにおける日常サービスオペレーション
• ゲストへの接客対応およびサービス提供
• 現場におけるサービスクオリティとブランドスタンダードの遵守
• 新人・若手スタッフへの業務指導およびフォロー
• カフェスーパーバイザーの指示のもと、シフト中の現場運営サポート
• ゲストからの要望・問い合わせへの初期対応および必要に応じたエスカレーション
• サービススタッフとの連携
• 店舗運営に関わる基本的な準備・片付け・オペレーション業務
• 関係部署（キッチン等）との日常的な連携

応募資格・求める人物像

• カフェ、レストラン、ホテル等での接客実務経験
• リーダー、キャプテン、トレーナー等の経験があれば尚可
• ラグジュアリーブランドまたは高品質サービスへの関心
• チームワークを重視し、現場で周囲をサポートできる方
• 日本語でのコミュニケーション能力
• 英語での基本的な接客対応ができる方歓迎
• キャリアップを目指したい方

Bulgari Tokyo Ginza Bar & Café is seeking a Cafe Captain to support daily service operations and maintain exceptional service standards on the floor.
This role serves as a key on-site leader, supporting both guests and team members during daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality guest service in the café and bar-café areas
• Support daily service operations and ensure adherence to brand standards
• Assist and guide junior service staff during shifts
• Support the Cafe Supervisor with floor operations and team coordination
• Handle guest inquiries and requests, escalating issues when necessary
• Work closely with service team members
• Assist with daily operational tasks, including setup and closing duties
• Coordinate with the kitchen and related departments as needed

Qualifications & Profile
