About the job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Shenzhen within the Food & Beverage Division in Shenzhen, the BBQ Supervisor is responsible for assisting in running the assigned kitchen efficiently and effectively. He/she is to ensure that the agreed quality, hygiene and other standards are kept or surpassed at all times. The BBQ Supervisor reports to the Chinese Chef.
