En tant que Réceptionniste tournant(e), vous prendrez soin de nos clients dès leur arrivée et jusqu’à leur départ, en vous assurant qu’ils vivent une expérience mémorable.
Vous faites le lien avec les différents services de l’hôtel selon les demandes clients, vous êtes un “facilitateur” reconnu au sein de l’établissement.
Votre rôle
Procédure check-in, check-out, accueil client, standard téléphonique, prise de réservation individuelle, gestion des mails, préparation des arrivées, facturation, gestion d’un fond de caisse…
