The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Suites Jersey City is looking for a Sales Manager to join our team!
Located less than ten minutes from Liberty State Park and Liberty Science Center, our all‑suite hotel offers easy access to NYC via nearby PATH trains, light rail, and the Harborside ferry. Many suites feature stunning Manhattan skyline views, along with an on‑site restaurant, fitness center, 198 guestrooms, and 1,000 sq. ft. of meeting space.
Our ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in a hotel group sales role, can hit the ground running, and is able to develop and execute an effective solicitation plan to grow market share. This role also includes booking and servicing group business at the hotel. The successful candidate is driven by goals and eager to grow a career in hotel sales.
Shift Pattern: Full Flexibility is a must. Office hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, but flexibility is essential to accommodate varying schedules, including weekends, holidays, for our valued group clients.
Salary Range: $68,000-$78,000.00 annually and will be aligned with the candidate’s experience and qualifications. This role qualifies for participation in the Hilton Sales Incentive plan.
