Receiving Clerk

  • department operations.
  • Answer department telephone calls and pages with proper etiquette when time permits.
  • Verification of each delivery and variances noted on invoice and to Team Leader.
  • Receiving packages for guest and events, track with our in house system.
  • Exposure to temperatures: Exposure includes temperatures below 32 degrees Fahrenheit (freezing), between 32 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit (cooler, freezer, or dock), and above 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communicator
  • Able to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the facility, including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
  • Ability to work well with others, self-motivated and capable of working independently with little supervision.
