We are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our vibrant team. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you ensure accurate and efficient management of supplier invoices, timely processing of payments, and maintenance of reliable financial records, while supporting strong vendor relationships and contributing to effective cash flow management for both Rental Pool and Body Corporate Entities.
TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
DUTIES:
Unallocated & Iveri Deposits
• Reconcile and update the daily lists of all incoming deposits. Unallocated Deposit list to be sent out on a daily basis and all claimed payments to be applied on EMMA.
• Month end recon to be submitted for Balance Sheets along with bank statement back up.
Revenue
• To be checked & compared with Revenue CSV and EMMA Trial Balance.
• Load Revenue Journal & EMMA Trial Balance to be approved on Hotelkit.
• MTD & YTD revenue to be balanced to Income Statement daily.
