A true ambassador of the bar, you create a welcoming atmosphere where every guest feels expected, listened to and well advised, while delivering high-quality service and memorable experiences.

Your Mission

You are responsible for welcoming and serving guests at your outlet, ensuring smooth service operations and optimal guest satisfaction.
At Level B, you organize, coordinate and supervise the work of the team under your responsibility.

Your Key Responsibilities Operations and Service

• Ensure opening and closing procedures of the outlet in accordance with hotel standards
• Set up, maintain and clean the outlet and its equipment to ensure optimal usability
• Create, prepare and sell beverages and cocktails in compliance with established procedures
• Welcome guests from arrival to departure and guarantee a high-quality guest experience
• Develop a strong commercial mindset and promote all hotel services

Management and Organization

• Manage supplies and stock levels for the outlet
• Receive and store F&B deliveries
• Ensure proper cleaning and organization of storage areas
• Carry out stock inventories
• Post guest consumption in the Micros system and manage a cash float

Cross-Functional Hotel Activities

• Perform rounds within the hotel to collect Room Service dishware from guest floors
• Set up seminars and banquets in accordance with the BEO / function sheet
