El/La Recepcionista de Front Desk da la bienvenida a los huéspedes a la propiedad, brindando una experiencia excepcional durante el check-in, la estadía y el check-out. Este rol trabaja para alcanzar el más alto nivel de satisfacción del huésped durante su llegada y salida, además de responder a una amplia variedad de solicitudes, evaluar necesidades, ofrecer recomendaciones personalizadas y alinearse con los estándares de servicio de Four Seasons.

 

Sus tareas serán:

  • Realizar los procesos de check-in y check-out conforme a los estándares establecidos por la compañía.
    Gestionar todas las interacciones con huéspedes con el más alto nivel de hospitalidad y profesionalismo, acomodando solicitudes especiales siempre que sea posible.
  • Asistir a los huéspedes con consultas relacionadas con los servicios del hotel, horarios de operación, personal clave, eventos internos, direcciones, etc.
  • Responder a todas las solicitudes de los huéspedes de manera precisa y oportuna. Identificar y anticipar sus necesidades durante la estadía.
  • Resolver quejas de huéspedes y encontrar oportunidades para reconocer y personalizar la experiencia de servicio para cada uno.
  • Asignar habitaciones y coordinar amenidades según corresponda.
  • Tomar reservas de habitaciones y brindar apoyo al departamento de PBX/telefonía cuando sea requerido.

 

Requisitos:

  • Estudios terciarios o universitarios afines a la industria.
  • Dominio de idioma inglés, deseable contar con idiomas adicionales.
  • Disponibilidad horaria para trabajar días y horarios rotativos , inclusive turno noche (excluyente)
  • Excelente actitud de servicio y de cuidado hacia nuestros huéspedes.
  • Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación
  • Manejo de Opera
