What you will be doing:

  • Provide personalized concierge services to VIP guests before, during, and after their stay
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively arrange services, reservations, and special requests
  • Coordinate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure flawless execution of VIP arrivals and stays
  • Maintain detailed guest profiles, preferences, and history to enhance future experiences
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism, discretion, and efficiency
  • Arrange transportation, dining reservations, entertainment, and exclusive experiences both within and outside the hotel
  • Ensure all VIP amenities, room set-ups, and special touches are executed to the highest standard
  • Build strong relationships with repeat and high-profile guests
  • Stay knowledgeable about local events, restaurants, and attractions to provide expert recommendations
