What will I be doing?
As the Director of Wine, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Oversees and leads the wine program across all restaurants, bars, lounges, and banqueting operations, ensuring consistency, exceptional quality, and alignment with the hotel’s luxury brand standards. Represents the hotel as a trusted voice within Kuala Lumpur’s wine community.
Negotiates with wine suppliers and distributors to secure premium selections while optimizing cost efficiency, inventory control, and purchasing strategies.
Conceptualizes and delivers exclusive wine events, tastings, and VIP experiences that elevate guest engagement and reinforce the hotel’s reputation for luxury and personalization.
