The Laundry Manager is responsible for processing all guest clothing and managing in-house linen with outsource contractor. The department’s mission is to provide excellent workmanship, and to make guests feel completely assured of the timing and quality of their service. The shift supervisor oversees the daily operations of the department, ensuring that the highest quality is maintained and that adequate in-house linen is supplied to the other departments which receive from laundry company.
