The ideal Lead Cook candidate is a skilled, reliable culinary professional who thrives in a fast‑paced kitchen and leads by example. Candidates must have at least 2 years of restaurant line cook experience and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills. Flexible availability is required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior experience in an entry‑level leadership role is preferred but not required. This role is ideal for a motivated cook ready to support kitchen operations, guide team members, and uphold high standards of quality, consistency, and teamwork.
What will I be doing?
As a Lead Cook, you would be responsible for preparing, producing and working the line for Primero Cantina in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
