DIRECT CUSTOMER EXP. & DATA SPECIALIST

Job mission

 

Ensure the proper functioning, exploitation and evolution of the data ecosystem and Martech tools used by the department, ensuring that they are activated efficiently to optimize campaigns, segmentation and audiences in all segments and areas of the company.

This role will be key in data management, audience quality, and multichannel activation within the MeliáRewards & Direct Customer Engagement team.

What will you have to do?

 

1. Data ecosystem management and Martech

  • Operate, maintain and evolve the department’s CDP tools, attribution models and multichannel platforms.
  • Ensure the quality, consistency, and availability of data for use in campaigns and reporting.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements to activate audiences and automations.

2. Audience Segmentation and Activation

  • Create clusters, segments, and audiences based on first-party data.
  • Activate audiences across different digital channels, coordinating with marketing, CRM, and other teams.
  • Optimize segmentation models by relying on insights and behavioral analysis.

3. Campaign Analysis and Support

  • Analyze the performance of activations and propose efficiency improvements.
  • Collaborate in the optimization of campaigns and journeys by offering data-driven insights.
  • Ensure the correct collection and tracking of tags, events, and configurations 

 

What are we looking for?

 

Training

  • Computer Engineering, Digital Marketing, Business Analytics or studies related to Martech ecosystems.

 

Experience

  • 2-3 years in Digital Marketing, Martech or media agencies with a focus on data, audiences or CDP.

Technical knowledge

  • Experience in audience creation and activation of first-party data.
  • Knowledge of CDP platforms such as Eulerian or similar.
  • Analytical skills and data orientation.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Priority management and data quality assurance.
  • Knowledge of Tag Management (GTM, Tealium…) is a plus.
