Résumé du poste
Premier contact du client, le Bagagiste de nuit est le garant du bon séjour des clients. Il accueille activement et spontanément le client lors de son arrivée, prend en charge ses bagages et l’accompagne en chambre en lui fournissant des renseignements utiles pour son séjour. Il assure la satisfaction des clients. Il assure la prise en charge des clients lors de leur départ en s’occupant de leurs bagages et de leur fournir le moyen de transport nécessaire.
