ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN

OPERATIONS

• Identify and propose improvements that optimize efficiency in your job

• Identify investment needs related to the Risk Management Action Plan (PAI), and forward them to the person in charge.

• Perform assigned tasks related to compliance with technical and legal regulations, following the guidelines received.

• In accordance with the instructions received, perform all scheduled preventive maintenance work following the quality, time, safety and aesthetic standards established for each case.

• In accordance with the instructions received, perform the corrective maintenance tasks following the quality, time, safety and aesthetic standards established for each case.

• He is a member of the fire brigade, so he must respond to any fire alarm and comply with the corresponding procedures to safeguard the physical integrity of guests and employees, as well as the hotel’s property.

• Participate in maintenance warehouse inventories to verify its correct operation.

• Take readings of daily energy consumption, to know and ensure the proper use and performance of the facilities.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

• Understand the Brand’s philosophy and comply with the standards, operating manuals and identity guidelines that apply to your department. 

• To ensure a positive customer experience and personalize their stay, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations. 

• Address customer issues, communicating the actions taken to your supervisor. Escalate the issue to your supervisor if you are unable to provide a solution.

• Understand the Voice of the Customer objectives and take the necessary actions to achieve them. 

• Support your manager with the Sensory Architecture established for your areas 

• To know and promote the hotel’s services and facilities, as well as the entertainment program, experiences and events.

HEALTH & SAFETY/ HEALTHY WORKPLACE

• Know the Hotel’s evacuation plan 

• Know the personal protective equipment and use it correctly

• To know the methods, work procedures and risks inherent in your activity.
