JOB DESCRIPTION

The Hilton Tampa Downtown is searching for their next Starbucks Manager to help lead their Starbucks team!

This position will report to the Complex Assistant Directors of Food and Beverage for each property and will oversee 20+ Team Members. The ideal candidate will be an energetic leader who enjoys being hands on, has a passion for implementing policies and procedures, has a passion for upholding standards (Starbucks and Hilton standards), and has minimum 2 years of Store Manager experience.

In the heart of downtown Tampa, this stylish property is by the waterside near the Tampa Convention Center and Amalie Arena! Offering a full-service Starbucks within the hotel. Store hours of operations are 6:00am – 6:00pm.
