We Are Hiring: Restaurant Manager – Restaurants (Fast Food / Fine Dining)
📍 Location: Kingdom of Bahrain
We are seeking a highly experienced and performance-driven Restaurant Manager to lead and oversee daily operations across multi-branch restaurants. This role is designed for a strong leader who can drive operational excellence, control costs, and deliver measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations across assigned branches ensuring operational excellence
Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets
Control food cost, labor cost, and operational expenses in line with budget
Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
Implement SOPs to maintain consistency and efficiency
Train, mentor, and develop branch teams
Monitor KPIs and performance reports, and implement corrective action plans
Enhance customer experience and professionally handle escalated issues
Support expansion plans, new branch openings, and operational restructuring
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in restaurant management
Experience in Fast Food and/or Fine Dining concepts
Multi-branch management experience is highly preferred
Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
Based in Bahrain (preferred)
