Como Auxiliar de Cozinha, você será responsável por apoiar a equipe na preparação dos alimentos, organização da cozinha e cumprimento dos padrões de qualidade e segurança alimentar, contribuindo para uma excelente experiência dos Hóspedes e Membros.
Suas principais responsabilidades incluem:
Auxiliar no preparo e pré-preparo de alimentos (mise en place);
Higienizar, cortar e organizar ingredientes;
Manter a limpeza e organização da cozinha e dos equipamentos;
Apoiar no armazenamento correto dos alimentos e controle de validade;
Seguir os padrões de higiene e segurança alimentar;
Auxiliar na reposição de itens e organização dos pontos de apoio;
Apoiar a equipe de cozinha conforme orientação do superior;
Cumprir normas de segurança, saúde e meio ambiente.
Buscamos profissionais com:
Ensino fundamental ou médio completo;
Interesse em atuar na área da cozinha;
Organização e disciplina;
Atenção aos detalhes;
Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe;
Boa disposição para atividades operacionais;
Capacidade de atuar sob pressão.
Será considerado diferencial:
Experiência prévia em cozinha ou restaurante;
Curso básico de manipulação de alimentos;
