We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to join our dynamic team at Movenpick Waad Al Shamal. In this pivotal role, you will lead and inspire our housekeeping and laundry teams to deliver exceptional service standards while maintaining seamless coordination across all hotel departments. As an Executive Housekeeper, you will be instrumental in ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining operational excellence, and fostering a collaborative work environment that promotes both productivity and employee development.

• Establish and maintain effective coordination and cooperation with all hotel departments to maximize productivity, team morale, and guest service delivery in alignment with Movenpick’s luxury hospitality standards
• Lead, motivate, and develop housekeeping and laundry staff through ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure smooth departmental operations and promote teamwork
