JOB DESCRIPTION
The Signia by Hilton Atlanta is searching for a Cook II to join the culinary team! This is a 976-room property with over 140,000 sq. ft. in banquet space and eight unique Food and Beverage outlets. This individual will be focused on supporting Capolinea, our signature fine-dining restaurant. Our menu offers both traditional Italian and contemporary American cuisines, including delectable handmade pastas, prime-cut steaks and tableside martini service.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of line cook experience. Seeking someone who has a positive attitude and and strong attention to detail. Prior fine dining restaurant experience highly preferred.
Shift Pattern: PM focused with typical shift hours from 2-10pm. Weekend and holiday availability required.

What will I be doing?
As a Cook ll, you would be responsible for preparing cold food items in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
