Our ideal candidate has experience in an event services administrative role and hospitality customer service, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. They are proficient in Microsoft Office, able to quickly learn new software systems, and are highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to multitask. Strong problem solving skills, teamwork, initiative, and effective time management round out the qualities needed to succeed in this role.
Shift Pattern: Office hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM on weekdays, occasional flexibility is essential to accommodate varying schedules, including weekends, holidays, for our group clients.
Pay Rate: This is an hourly role
